Shipping Information

You will be informed regarding the product’s estimated shipping date on the item’s product page, also this will appear in your shopping cart, as well as in the confirmation email you receive.

All orders will be shipped via USPS/DHL/FedEx. If we are shipping to APOs, FPOs, PO Boxes or remote locations, you will have to allow for additional shipping time.

Using the drop down menu at checkout you may upgrade to PRIORITY MAIL or PRIORITY EXPRESS MAIL. 

For priority mail, if you don't need a signature confirmation, please contact us within 5 days after you submit your order.

Depending on the country location, delivery can take up to 45 days. We calculate estimated delivery time from the dispatch date.

Given the nature of international shipping, we cannot guarantee your delivery date. Most orders do tend to arrive when expected, however, depending on the location and customs, this could be delayed. In rare cases, packages can potentially be held at customs for up to 7 weeks. As we have no control over this, we ask that you beware up front before purchasing from us.

Additionally, we are in no way responsible for any extra charges that may be incurred at customs with international orders. Some countries do have customs charges; this will be dependent on YOUR shipping country. This can vary drastically from one country destination to the next, again it is beyond our control.

With all international orders shipped via First Class Mail International, you will only see tracking info when the package is in the US. After crossing the border, there will be no updates available until delivery.  

► LOST/ DAMAGED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for any package that is LOST or DAMAGED. Upon shipment, USPS/DHL assumes all responsibility for delivery of that order. In the event that an order is marked as "undelivered", please contact us via wecare@jewara.com to resolve the issue.

Please be noted that insurance is available for Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express only.
