Return, Repair & Cancellation

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Because your happiness is what we focus on, Jewara gives you a 30 day return/exchange window. We want your shopping experience to be as pleasant and as comfortable as possible.

If, in 30 days, you are not satisfied with your product, we will refund you in full minus any shipping and/or gift packaging charges. Any and all products are eligible for return/exchange; however, they must be returned undamaged, unworn and with the original tag attached. So please keep the tag intact until you are fully certain that you are happy with your purchase.  

 The first step is to send us an email notifying us of your intent to return/exchange your purchase. This can be sent to wecare@jewara.com.

 -  We will then send an email regarding the refund/exchange process, to include: return address, contact person, and charges if any.

 -  Keep in mind that you are responsible for prepayment of all shipping and return/exchange charges. We will not accept C.O.D. packages sent to us. All items must be packaged carefully and also insured so as to secure against loss and/or damage during shipment.

 -  Make sure that the item has not been worn and/or damaged in anyway prior to returning.

 -  After our inspection of your item, we will notify you of the refund/exchange timeline.

 -  Processing return/exchange can take up to 72 hours once we have received them.

 -  You are responsible for the return shipping as well in the event of an exchange.

-   If resizing item(s), we will have this back to you within 2 weeks. However, if it is not our mistake, but rather that of the customer, we cannot resize this for you. Therefore, it is suggested that you have your item sized carefully prior to ordering. 

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND

We will accept cancellations of an order within 12 hours immediately after the order has been placed. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Outside of this 12 hour window however, we cannot accept cancellations as your order is already in process.

Most of our Jewara items are all personalized and thus made to order. With our generous return policy, you do have the ability to return even engraved items. We do reserve the right though to charge a 25% restocking fee if it appears a customer has ordered multiple products for the purposes of sizing or comparison. If we believe this to be the case, we will notify you upon receiving your order through Jewarar.com.

As everything we do is custom made per order, the actual product may vary slightly from the picture associated with the listing. We inspect every single item prior to shipping and ensure that it meets our stringent quality standards.
